Keele is in a relentless pursuit to help women find their voice. She believes when a woman finds her voice, she will change the world around her.

Keele has been active in International non-profits for over twenty-five years. She has had a leadership role on the Board of Directors for two women-focused International non-profits, Friendship Bridge and Starfish Impact. Friendship Bridge has operated in both Vietnam and Guatemala investing in women through micro-finance and has served tens of thousands of women. Starfish Impact empowers young Mayan women through education and mentorship to become leaders in their rural Guatemalan communities.

On the business front, Keele was a founding partner and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a digital media business. She was instrumental in taking the company from inception to $35 million in annual revenue and to a successful IPO in a three-year period. She has worked with clients such as Limited Brands (NYSE: LTD), Universal Studios (Nasdaq: CMCSA), Sir Richard Branson’s The Virgin Group and Budget Rent-A-Car (Nasdaq: CAR) to create and strengthen brands, market new products and increase revenue using a combination of online and traditional media. She has developed and led dynamic and successful sales and marketing teams in the United States, Europe, and Hong Kong.

In the true sense of architecting her life, Keele realized that her true purpose was to bring her writing to the world. She sold her first book in 2018, Wholly Unraveled. It comes out April 2019. It is her story.

Telling your story, the one that belongs only to you, with all of the shame and vulnerability that comes with it, IS the beginning of that journey for every woman.

Bronwyn’s Bio

In March of 2008, I woke up hanging by my seatbelt upside down in my car. I was going too fast, trying to do too much as usual. At that moment, it became clear to me that something in my life needed to change. A week later on a business trip, my boss and “guardian angel” Linda Baker suggested that I take a personal and professional development course and start executive coaching and my life was forever changed. I was so inspired by the transformation that I was experiencing that I began to dream about how I would bring this into the corporate world where this was and is very much needed.  I completed my John Maxwell Speaking, Coaching Training and then my IPEC training. I was in love with the transformational process and teaching.  At first, I brought the leadership and personal growth concepts into my Mortgage Insurance corporation offering to my clients and co-workers. Then I was abruptly let go from my job through an acquisition which turned out to be the perfect opportunity (although it didn’t feel like it at the time) to take the dive out of my comfort zone. I am so grateful I did because I could have easily jumped back into a safe salary and let go of my nagging dream.

Now, every day I get to work with people to guide them into new ways of approaching and thinking about business and life. I help them to let go of their limiting beliefs and step out of their comfort zones so they can be more productive and creative in their career and this always positively impacts their personal lives as well. And I do this through many venues such as one on one executive coaching, mastermind group, retreats, and workshops. I am so fortunate to do what I love by sharing my passion.
